    If they can do it, so can you! To remind you of your daily nutritional servings, just look at these little buddies.

    Eat 6-11 servings of bread, cereal, rice or pasta every day:

    Eat 3-5 servings of veggies a day:

    Don't forget to munch on 2-4 servings of fruit:

    Get 2-3 servings of protein (meat, fish, poultry, eggs, nuts, etc.):

    You only need 2-3 servings of dairy:

    Then sprinkle in fats/oils/sweets sparingly throughout your day!
