Hello, hello, unless you have been living under a rock, you know that the queen of sass and cats, Katy Perry, is back in the music world, slaying us all. Last night, she gave a bomb-ass performance of her new bop, "Chained To The Rhythm" at the Brit Awards.
Hours before the show, Katy sat down for an interview with Nick Grimshaw at BBC Radio 1, and everyone's favorite ginger, Ed Sheeran, crashed the party.
As Edward stole her thunder on the show, she was quick to call him out on stealing more than that from her.
As a cute and snuggly Ed walked into the studio, Katy exhibited how talented she is at speaking in a British accent, while of course, pulling out the sass.
Ed got nice and comfortable, and started talking about the first time he met Katy, like he had planned this moment for ages.
The first-time encounter took place when Ed was playing a show in Toronto a few years ago. "I was sweating so bad," he recalled.
AND THEN KATY GOT SAUCY!!
A few years later, it seems that she now realizes Ed Sheeran is a giant superstar, worthy of sweaty hugs.
So she issued a ~frisky~ apology.
Katy blamed the ~ballsy~ moment on being out of the spotlight for a while.
The interview left us feeling like these two need to collaborate ASAP.
