I wear my denim/chambray button up top from J Crew on a weekly basis. I can dress it up, keep it casual, wear it with leggings, buttoned up, unbuttoned over a top or dress, and so on. I literally wear it all year round because of its versatility!

Carrier oils are "inert" oils, so anything from olive oil to coconut oil. Or more exotic. They have different rates of absorption so if you want some fast acting you use a faster absorbing oil

I'm to the point where I only wear jeans from The Loft and occasionally from Banana Republic's (their outlet stores). The Loft offers cuts and sizes for all body shapes and seriously hold up. And they guarantee too make all bums perky--which my flat bum thanks!
