Here's Every Celebrity Who Was Parodied On "Drag Race UK" Last Night

Who is Blanche Devereaux, I hear you ask.

Last night on RuPaul's Drag Race UK, we saw the queens compete in the much-anticipated "Snatch Game" challenge!

Here is a quick explainer for anyone wondering who the queens were supposed to be doing...

    1. Blu Hydrangea as Mary Berry.

Mary Berry is probably best known for being the queen of cakes on The Great British Bake Off, the Channel 4 baking contest which she hosted from 2010 to 2016. As well as this, Mary has written a myriad of cookbooks, edited several food and lifestyle magazines, and is a trained Cordon Bleu chef! Unlike Blu's interpretation, she's very well spoken and demure.

    2. Sum Ting Wong as David Attenborough.

National British treasure David Attenborough is well known for being a naturalist and broadcaster with the BBC for nearly six decades! His recent work Blue Planet II, hit the headlines in 2017 and 2018 for raising awareness around climate change and plastic pollution.

    3. Cheryl Hole as Gemma Collins.

She's the meme queen of Essex, originally receiving national attention for her part in reality TV series The Only Way Is Essex from 2011 until earlier this year. Gemma has appeared in numerous reality TV shows and is perhaps best known for her incredible one-liners, flamboyant style, and outrageous outbursts.

    4. Crystal as Rue McClanahan.

American audiences will be more familiar with Rue McClanahan. Rue was an American comedy and stage actress best known for her roles on The Golden Girls and Maude, both co-starring Bea Arthur. In the former she played Blanche Devereaux, a lusty southern belle who loved nothing more than the love of a good man... or better still a bad one!

    5. Divina De Campo as Julia Child.

Julia Child was an American chef, writer, and television personality who is best known for her life-long love of French cooking. Often credited with bringing French cooking to the USA with her book Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Child is also known for her numerous TV work as well as her robust voice and on-screen presence.

    6. Baga Chipz as Margaret Thatcher.

Perhaps the most divisive figure ever in British politics, Margaret Thatcher was the first ever female Prime Minister of Britain. During her leadership beginning in 1979 and ending in 1990, she tackled mass unemployment, encouraged free capitalism, and led the country in the 1982 Falklands War. Known as the "Iron Lady" to many, her uncompromising neoliberal politics have made her a figurehead for conservatism in the UK.

    7. The Vivienne as Donald Trump.

I believe this person needs no introduction. Trump became the 45th president of the United States back in 2017 in a sensational election that gripped the Western world. Before that he was well-known for being a television personality and an entrepreneur, mainly dealing in real estate.
