If you set out to lose weight and have been making that happen, chances are you're pretty psyched and proud.

Whether you've lost a lot or a little, you've probably already learned a ton about yourself and this whole ~getting healthier~ thing.

Maybe you wish someone had warned you about all the feelings other people will have about your new lifestyle.
