No, really. Can you tell which one is least bad for you in terms of sodium, additives, protein, fiber, and fat content?

Complete with [high-fructose corn syrup and artificial coloring](http://www.shoprite.com/pd/Bagel-Bites/Three-Cheese/18-ct/070085035358/), these Three Cheese Bagel Bites are not the healthiest. Btw, four bagel bites have 350 mg of sodium.

Not the healthiest 'za.

Stacked up against all the other other ones here, this one is healthiest. [Amy's Single Serve Pesto Pizza](http://www.amys.com/products/product-detail/pizzas/000197) boasts no artificial ingredients and 18 g of protein per serving. And one serving = the whole pizza. Yes, the 780 mg of sodium is not modest, but it's on the low end for an entire personal pizza.

This is totally the healthiest pizza!

This [Trader Joe's Organic Pesto Pizza](http://www.traderjoes.com/digin/post/organic-pizzas-spinach-ricotta-or-pesto-with-tomatoes-broccoli) clocks in at almost 700 mg of sodium and 13 g of fat per serving, and a serving is only a third of this modestly sized pizza. Not the least healthy thing ever, but not super healthy either.

In one serving of a [DiGiorno's Original Rising Crust Spinach, Mushroom, and Garlic Pizza](http://www.digiorno.com/products/rising-crust/rising-crust/11153/spinach-mushroom-garlic-pizza) (which is one-sixth of the pie), there are 610 mg of sodium and there's only 1 g of fiber. High sodium and low fiber = frowny-face emoji.

One [CPK Crispy Thin Crust Roasted Artichoke and Spinach with Chicken Pizza](http://info.cpk.com/documents/nutrition_facts.pdf) has 1210 calories, 44 g of fat, and 2,850 mg of sodium. (The serving size is one pizza.) Beware the sodium bomb.

Just one slice of a medium [pepperoni pizza from Papa John's](http://www.papas-nutritional-calculator.com/) has 9 g of fat and 565 mg of sodium.

Pizzeria Uno's deep-dish individual pizzas serve one, but just know that the [individual Shroom deep dish](http://www.unos.com/nutrition.php) has 149 g of fat, 2,450 mg of sodium, and 1,940 calories. This may actually be the unhealthiest one here.

A slice from a medium [Domino's pizza with pepperoni, sausage, green pepper, and mushroom](https://www.dominos.com/en/pages/content/nutritional/cal-o-meter.jsp) has about 220 calories, 500 mg of sodium, and 10 g of fat.

Pretty darn unhealthy tbh. A slice from a large [pepperoni pizza with a bacon-stuffed crust from Pizza Hut](https://order.pizzahut.com/nutrition-calculator) has about 340 calories, 910 mg of sodium, and 17 g of fat.

A slice from a large Pizza Hut Skinny Slice [pizza with spinach, tomato, and ham](https://order.pizzahut.com/nutrition-calculator) has about 190 calories, 500 mg of sodium, and 6 g of fat. Healthiness-wise, you could do worse, you could do better.

This "lighter choice" isn't that light. A slice from a large Papa John's Lighter Choice [chicken and veggie pizza](http://www.papajohns.com/company/nutrition/lighter-choice-pizzas.html) has about 280 calories, 620 mg of sodium, and 7 g of fat.

With 74 g of carbs, this option is lower carb than a regular pizza, but it breaks the bank sodium-wise. This homemade [personal cauliflower crust pizza](http://www.hungry-girl.com/recipe-makeovers/show/healthy-cauliflower-crust-pizza-recipe) has 1,190 mg of sodium and 24 g of fat.
