We asked members of the BuzzFeed Community to share their worst college roommate horror stories, and the responses had our jaws on the floor. Here are some of the most terrifying ones.
1. "I caught my roommate having sex with her boyfriend on my bed...the day I came home from my beloved grandmother's memorial service.
2. "My roommate piled miscellaneous items on my face while I was sleeping, and when I unburied myself and sat up, I noticed she was peeing on my bed!
3. "I woke up to my roommate practicing her tap dancing completely topless with just underwear on her bottom half. She was 2 feet from my bed.
4. "I started spending the night in my boyfriend's room a few times a week. One time, I came back to my room to find a piece of paper on my bed. In crayon, my roommate wrote, 'I miss the sound of you breathing.' She moved out shortly after."
5. "One night, I was called by the police because one of my roommates poured piping-hot mashed potatoes on the other's laptop. It was ruined and the girl charged her for it.
6. "I walked in one night to find her going through all of my stuff and breaking things — all because she thought I stole her bath towel."
7. "My roommate boiled her Diva Cup and burned it pretty badly in my favorite pan, which belonged to my dead grandmother."
8. "My roommates would rather climb over piles of trash in the kitchen than take them out, and when I noted that there were ants in their rooms, they shrugged and said, 'They'll go away when they get bored.'"

14. "My roommate took out all the pots and pans, put them in her room, then wrote me a letter about how I was lazy and didn't deserve to use them. They were my pots and pans."
15. "My roommate liked to study to a children's version of "It's a Small World (After All)" on repeat for hours over the speakers.
16. And this: "My dad's roommate story is my favorite. On the second day of school, his roommate's girlfriend was over. They were on the top bunk and started having sex. Apparently, their 'thing' was that she'd pee on him...all while my dad was trying to sleep on the bottom bunk!
