We all know Demi Lovato has been through a lot. And 2018 was a particularly challenging year for her.
Well on Thursday, she shared with her followers that she had sent herself flowers and a note.
“You’re beautiful, you’re loved..." the note read.
"And you’re worthy of a happy and healthy life."
“‘Cause sometimes you gotta send yourself flowers," she captioned the Instagram story.
