Last night was the Schlussrunde — or the last debate of the German 2017 parliamentary elections — so we decided to have a few visiting members of BuzzFeed watch it before the big vote on Sunday.

So what did you all learn about German politics?

Rachael: Color-coordination is important.

Kassy: Germany has a lot of parties.

Ryan: Christian Lindner isn't as hot on TV as he is in his campaign posters.

Julia: German politics are pretty dull. As an American, I think that's probably not such a bad thing. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
