This is Justin J Speekz and he was recently fired as a Florida Chili's cook for posting "sexy" Facebook photos – while on the job.
Speekz posted the photos in an album called "Sexy Cooks Of Chili’s" and shared them publicly, even tagging the chain restaurant's location.
Customers apparently found them more unsanitary than sexy and complained to the Chilli's manager.
A spokesperson for Chili's told local reporters that Speekz was fired for violating their "very high standards of food quality, safety and cleanliness."
Speekz is also an aspiring rapper, so maybe being officially deemed too sexy for Chili's will turn out to be a blessing in the long run.
