Rice is a 16-year-old all-star tumbler from Georgia.
And this video was taken last spring at The All Star Games in Las Vegas, but luckily for us it’s going viral this week.
According to the video’s description, as she was waiting to go on for the crowning ceremony of the All Star games, she ended up doing five double twists and four passes.
