Look at this thing. It's a King Cake Burger and it's being sold at Food Drunk, a New Orleans-based food truck.
It's a brisket and melted cheddar cheese and an iced bun, all covered in purple and green sprinkles.
Food Drunk is selling the special burger for Mardi Gras. King Cake, if you've never heard of it, is a traditional Mardi Gras dessert, usually made with a cream or fruit filling.
Apparently, the mix of sprinkles and icing and brisket is pretty great. The Food Drunk truck has been selling about 200 of them a day, according to Eater.
The mix of sweet and salty is apparently pretty great. But it's also been suggested that if it's too sweet for you, you can offset it with bacon. Because of course you can.
