School can be tough as it is when you're on the move to classes, commuting, studying and just trying to survive university. Luckily, technology is an ally. Since we already carry our phones, laptops and tablets everywhere with us, we might as well use them to our advantage. You may feel overwhelmed thinking about all the things you have to get done in a short amount of time. Or there may be times where you forget about one task while doing another. Wunderlist is an awesome app that helps you plan anything, set reminders and share your to do list. Also, it's accessible from any digital platform!

Inhale. Exhale. Sometimes you may find yourself jumping from one task to the next, procrastinating an assignment or just feeling stressed. Headspace is a meditation app that offers short and themed sessions for you to follow in order to clear your mind. This includes sessions to specifically help you breathe, focus and de-stress. Sometimes we need a reminder to slow down and breathe. Plus, meditation has proved to lower stress levels.
