Marina Sirtis as Deanna Troi (Star Trek TNG). Just... watch an interview. Deanna is the calm and muted ship's counselor and Marina IRL is so sassy and so funny! She also created that Betazoid accent and NEVER breaks character in the show- her real accent is Cockney! SKILLS.
