To figure out if this "special" salad dressing was worth lying underneath a vehicle for, I decided to make it in my own kitchen. Now, nothing makes sense to me.
This dressing is garlicky, y'all. And that's coming from someone who always adds about twice as much garlic to everything he cooks. While one clove doesn't seem like a lot, the recipe doesn't make all that much dressing, either! So, yeah, for the small volume of dressing this recipe yields, it's objectively heavy on the raw garlic.
