Too broke for takeout and too hungry to shop is just what Thursday night has come to. When you need some lovin' that only bread and cheese can provide, swipe right for Mozzarella in Carrozza. Nigella gives it an upgrade we didn't know it needed by dunking it in a mixture of eggs and flour for extra crispness. Once its cooked, 'cut in half and apply to face.' Do as she says, guys.

The original recipe uses an entire jar of peanut butter and jelly. Nigella scales it down to the perfect amount so you can eat this while singing into your hairbrush (and maybe take that spin class tomorrow).
