A young adult needs around 8 hours of sleep to operate at MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY.

Unfortunately for us, most university students are sleep deprived, as 70.6% of students reported obtaining less than 8 hours of sleep. Honestly though i'm not even studying, one minute this small video comes up and then next minute i'm binge watching all 16 seasons.
