the embarrassment i feel for these people makes me cringe. and what's worse is i'm probably more embarrassed for them then they are themselves.
If you had been following this case you would know that there was plenty of evidence (texts, photos, witnesses) showing that she was far too intoxicated to give any consent. Thus why the judge found them guilty.
