    Brittany Murphy Foundation Is a Fraud, Refunds Donations

    Brittany Murphy’s husband, Simon Monjack, and mother, Sharon Murphy, launched a foundation with the name of the actress, which would be dedicated to arts education for children, but it was not registered as a charity with the IRS or the state of California, as required by law.
