Could You Survive A Job In Customer Service?

You work at a resort pool and you catch someone eating the lemons out of the community jug of lemon water. What do you do?

You work at an ice cream shop and a customer asks for the calorie count of the ice cream they're about to eat. The ice cream is homemade and you don't know the exact calorie count. What do you do?

You're a receptionist at a hotel where businessmen/women frequently come and stay. A reoccurring guest (who is good looking) hits on you and asks for your personal phone number to use for later. What do you do?

You work in the restaurant business. A customer calls, furious, saying that only half of their food order (for a party of 8) has been delivered. You can't find their ticket to validate their statements. What do you do?

You work in retail. A customer purchases a shirt in the "final sale" section for their anniversary. They come back a week later saying that the shirt shrunk in the wash and no longer fits. They are making a scene, practically screaming at you, insisting that if it is not returned their significant other might divorce them. What do you do?

You work at a grocery store cash register. A mother and her young child come to pay for their groceries. The little kid starts to pull change out of the tip jar. The kid takes out what seems to be $3 in quarters. You don't notice until the duo walks away and the tip jar is visibly sparse. What do you do?

If you don't already work in customer service, you should seriously consider it. If you already work in customer service, good for you!
