Because I'm absolute SHIT at applying any kind of eyeliner (felt, liquid, gel)... I just take a thin angled liner brush and dip it in to a very matte and pigmented black eye shadow. It saves me LOADS of time/mess and makes my eyes look defined and effortlessly pretty.
