Response to So, 2012 Was A Terrible Year For Gluten:
It is incredibly difficult to live with a celiac disease, which I inherited from my mother. It can be a nightmare trying to find affordable, nutritious, and tasty food that is gluten free. Celiac comes and goes with me, and I treat it with accupuncture therapy; however, I am just waiting for the one time that the treatment will not work and I will suffer for the rest of my life. I am thankful that the food industry is on the diet bandwagon now because my mother still has celiac disease. But, due to her condition, she is also suffering from malnutritution also. Some people just don’t know how fortunate they are.
