Driving lesson or abuse of power? Officers arrest teen for minor offense

A high school senior said a couple of police officers went too far when they pulled him over for a minor traffic violation. Police, however, said they were trying to teach him a lesson. Eighteen-year-old James Duke of Rowlett hasn't been driving long but is quickly learning about the rules of the road.
