The Hayabusa Spacecraft returned to earth from its 7 year mission surveying the asteroid Itokawa on Tuesday. A few lucky members of NASA and JAXA were on hand to record its spectacularly sci-fi worthy reentry into Earth’s atmosphere and I, for one, am jealous. Via.
