    40 Amazing Uses For WD-40

    Most people think of WD-40 as just a lubricant that helps take the squeak out of door hinges. However, it can be used for pretty much anything.

    1. Removes splattered grease on the stove and polishes the entire oven.

    2. Protects silver from tarnishing by wiping with a rag containing product.

    3. Ink stains on clothing can be difficult to remove, but by using a spray of WD40, you can loosen the stain and possibly even remove it.

    4. To keep squirrels from taking over a bird feeder, spray a generous amount of WD-40 on top of the feeder.

    5. Removes road tar and grime from road vehicles.

    6. Cleans and lubricates guitar (instrument) strings and ski equipment.

    7. Gives floors a just waxed sheen without making slippery.

    8. Keeps flies off cows and horses. Do not put around eyes!!!!

    9. Restores and cleans chalkboards.

    10. Removes lipstick stains from clothing even if already washed and dryed, apply and rewash.

    11. When pulling and tugging can't get that ring off your finger, reach for the WD-40.

    38. Removes tea stains from countertops.

    39. Unstick gum from hair {and some carpets–though, check an inconspicuous area first}.
