Directions: This recipe is for those who like the previous T-Virus and Antidote shots, but want to wow your guests with something a bit more complicated. In a pan, bring the blue curacao or Midori to almost a boil. Remove it from the heat and mix in the agar powder with a spoon or spatula. Suck the liquid into the syringe and inject it into the tubing. Submerge the tubing into the glass of ice water and wait around 5 minutes for it to solidify. After about 5 minutes, remove the tubing from the water. To remove the newly solidified gel from the tube, fill your syringe with air and use the air to push the gel out. Cut the gel strings into the appropriate length for your shot glass. Carefully wrap the gel around the inside of your shot glass and slowly pour in citrus vodka. Serve, infect, and heal.

1 Box of lemon-flavor gelatin (I use Lemon Jell-O)

1 Cup boiling water

3 1/2 Cups cold orange soda

Instructions

Start boiling water

Add gelatin to boiling water and stir until disolved

Stir in mango nectar

Gently pour orange soda in (TIP - This tip helps a TON, stick a wooden spoon right over top the gelatin mix and pour the orange soda with your cup touching the spoon, over top the wooden spoon so the soda runs down the spoon. Do this SLOWLY.

Combine whipping cream and honey then mix with a beater for a few minutes until peaks form in whipped cream.

Use a spoon to softly put the whip over the soda...it doesn't sink like you'd think.

Step 1: First, draw a ring around the top of your pumpkin. This will be your guide to carve the lid. Try to keep this pretty close to the top of the pumpkin so you optimize the hollowed out space that will hold the beer.

Step 2: Once that's done, carve it! If you're sans carving kit you can use a serrated knife. Whatever your tool of choice, poke it in at an angle and work your way around the ring.

Step 3: Pop the lid off once you've gone all the way around and clean out your pumpkin. Make sure you get all the seeds out and most of the pulp, but don't worry if some of that's left behind since it's responsible for flavoring the beer.

Step 4: Now, find the spot where you want to place your spigot. Using your pencil or marker, trace around the rim once you've decided upon the spot. Cutting the hole here will require a pretty fine serrated knife, so the carving kit proves really worthwhile at this point.

Make the hole as clean cut as possible, then pop in your spigot. If your pumpkin is as thick as ours was you'll have to thin out the pumpkin's inner wall to fit the spigot properly. Don't be afraid to dig in - the pumpkin can take it.

Step 5: Once your spigot is secured, you're ready to go! Pour in your Sam Adam's Octoberfest (because that IS the official beer of fall as far as we're concerned) and pop the lid back on your pumpkin.

Step 6: Celebrate fall and all your hard work with a cold brew from your pumpkin keg!

Combine the tonic, citrus juice, and sugar in a small saucepan and sprinkle with the gelatin. Allow the gelatin to soak for a minute or two. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved, about 5 minutes. (Mixture will be very foamy, but this will diminish.) Remove from the heat and stir in the vodka.

Pour the gelatin mixture into the molds, and refrigerate until fully set, several hours or overnight.

To serve, unmold, loosen the edges by pulling away from the side of the mold, and pop each jelly shot out.
