You see the big picture. “Why” you’re doing something is more important than “how” to do it. Your creative strength will help your team innovate on the old way of doing things. Brainstorming is much more fun than pouring over spreadsheets. You find presentations with lots of charts and numbers to be boooo-ring. A metaphor about riding a unicorn during a hurricane is much more your speed. Be careful though, your rule-breaker ways could overlook the details needed to get shit done.

The Dreamer

You call the shots to get things done and are so organized that your lunch plate looks like a bento box. When people word vomit all their ideas, it’s like they have 4 heads and you’re usually trying to get them to slow down.  
You’re on time and reliable. The team comes to you for planning, to organize information and get shit done. Your love for details and organization can cause you to be dominant and lead to trouble trusting others. Be sure to let others have a voice. Don’t get stuck in the weeds and keep the end goal in mind.

The Planner

Knowing how things work and being realistic are what you’re all about. Instead of making gut decisions, you’d much rather use facts to make a concrete decision.  
Excessive chatter numbs your brain - you’d rather cut through the bullshit and be concise. Your team relies on you to work through problems and for your mathematical/technical abilities. Your desire to be accurate causes you to poke holes in ideas so be careful about being too direct and analytical. It’s not always about the numbers or facts (even though it usually is).

The Realist

You dole out high fives and are a ball of enthusiasm. You often “just have a feeling” about people and trust your gut. You can put yourself in someone’s shoes and see both sides of a problem. Find opportunities to bring people together to collaborate and work things out. You gel with people who love talking but be aware that some people don’t care how your weekend was. You may have a harder time with people who are too direct. Don’t take their feedback personally! It ain’t about you. Namaste.
