    Texas Authorities arrested Randy Quaid and his wife Evi today on an outstanding warrant. The Quaids were arrested for allegedly stiffing a number of hotels after running up expensive bills. The story gets crazy as Randy Quaid asked authorities to release a handwritten statement to TMZ.
