    Sex Offender Alec Ahsoak Wins Victim's Lottery

    Alaska's Standing Together Against Rape (STAR) held a fund-raising half- million dollar lottery recently only to have the winner be convicted sex offender Alec Ahsoak. One of Ahsoak's victim's said "It was a slap in the face". Others are suggesting he not be allowed to keep his winnings!
