Kid Shocked While Stealing McCain Yard Sign

A Chapel Hill, NC 9 year old was shocked while trying to swap a McCain/Palin yard sign with an Obama sign. Resident Shawn Turschak used an electrical source from a pet fence connected to the sign. Turschak recently had 2 signs stolen - and wanted to catch the culprit. No charges were filed after the boy's father and Sheriff's deputy visited Turschak after the incident.
