I went to Wondercon 2015 and it was epic.

So, this is some of the cool things that happened at Wondercon this year. If you don't know what Wondercon is, it's basically a smaller version of Comic Con held in Anaheim, California.

I wanted to share my experience at Wondercon because I feel like this is the first year that I actually had fun. In the past few years that I've attended I was very anxious and terrified that the fellow nerds wouldn't accept me because I wasn't into comic books or video games. I was more into the TV shows and the Movies that were on the nerdy side like Supernatural, Chuck, and all of the Whedonverse shows. This year, I felt accepted and I don't exactly know what it was. Maybe it was the amount of people cosplaying as things that I recognized or the fact that I got to meet and talk to so many great people this year who didn't seem to judge me. I even made a friend while fangirling over the iZombie cast and how incredibly awesome they are.

Just a glimpse of the awesomeness that is Wondercon.

I decided to make a video of what being at Wondercon is like from the various photoshoots going on to the immensely fun panels that I attended. I hope you enjoy and maybe you'll want to attend next year!

iZombie Panel

I managed to record some footage of the iZombie panel before my phone simultaneously ran out of space and battery. If you don't know, iZombie is a TV show created by the writer of Veronica Mars, Rob Thomas. It focuses on Liv a zombie who works at a morgue in order to get her fill on the delicious brains. These brains giver her personality traits and visions of how these people died which leads her into helping Detective Clive who believes she is a physic. Only one person knows her secret which is her fellow morgue worker, Dr. Ravi who is trying to find a cure for Liv while keeping her secret. Overall, I think it's a great show that a lot of people will like. It has some really great wit, it literally starts with her saying "My name is Liv Moore, and I died, sort of." How great is that?
