You're closer in age to the boys than most teenage fangirls are.
You can drive yourself to a 1D concert, no parent involvement.
And speaking of concerts, you don't have to ask parents for ticket money because, oh wait, you have a job and make your own ~ * ca$h * ~.
There's a possibility you could run into any one of the boys at a nightclub.
It's easier to turn up and be 1D AF all night long when you don't have a silly curfew to adhere to.
Since most 1D merchandise and apparel isn't made in your size and doesn't fit you, you end up dressing in actual clothes and always looking cute.
And last, but certainly not least, you are old enough to order a delicious adult beverage at a One Direction concert, and no one can judge you for it.
