Second Ave. Subway Air Toxic

As someone who lives near and works in 305-315 East 86th St. at Second Ave. (construction directly to South and West of the building) EVERY DAY, I am incensed. I've had the "Second Avenue Subway Cough" and post-nasal drip all winter and called 311 to complain more than a month ago. I have yet to hear back, although I was told that my complaint would be forwarded to the EPA. They say that ground level is safe? I think not - people are being injured by air and noise pollution with each passing day. If you live or work in the area, call #311, Mayor Bloomberg's office, State Senator Liz Krueger, Assemblyman Micah Kellner and City Councilwoman Jessica Lappin to express your concerns.
