Your Hogwarts House Will Determine Which Lilly Lobby You Should Spend The Most Time In
Just like a Gryffindor, one has to be very brave to go all the way up to the third floor lobby, in case you run into any of those intimidating ballerinas. Also, you can’t be afraid of heights, but the plus side to those floor to ceiling windows is that it stays sunny and warm, just like the tower that houses the Gryffindor dormitories!
Friendly and loyal, those who spend their time in the old lobby are just like Hufflepuffs! The old green couches exude a comfortable, homey feeling and the proximity to the door makes it the perfect place for sociable students. Plus, this is usually where snacks are located or where people go to eat their breakfast or lunch, and much like the Hufflepuff dormitories, it’s located near the kitchen.
Intellectual and scholarly, Ravenclaws are best suited to spend their time on the second floor! The most studious of the lobbies, this is where you see people actually doing their homework (or trying their hardest). The second floor is also home to witty conversations and discussions of the finer points of music theory. Its proximity to the practice rooms is perfect for a dedicated student!
Cold and calculating as opposed to the warm and homey old lobby, the new lobby is the perfect place for a Slytherin. The dark blue and black color scheme is reminiscent of the dungeons where the Slytherin dormitories are located. This lobby is also the perfect place to glare at children coming for lessons or rehearsals, and scare off prospective students and parents on audition days.
