Sweet potato "toast" has been popping up all over Instagram lately. The new paleo-friendly, low carb dish is easy to make and high in vitamins and minerals, not to mention tasty AF.

Take a sweet potato and slice it up 1/4 inch thin. Chuck it in the toaster and let it run for two rounds. Nutritious and delicious, you now got yourself a piece of sweet potato to use in place of bread. Here are some recipes to step up your SPT game.
