    #10: Easy Microwave Mug Cake

    INGREDIENTS

    2 tablespoons melted butter

    1 large egg

    2 tablespoons milk

    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

    1/4 cup granulated sugar

    6 tablespoons self-rising flour

    Pinch of salt

    Sprinkles

    Frosting

    PREPARATION

    1. Combine butter and egg in mug and whisk until smooth

    2. Add milk, vanilla extract and sugar and mix well.

    3. Add self-rising flour and salt and mix until smooth

    4. Stir in sprinkles

    5. Microwave for 1 minute (cooking times may vary)

    6. Decorate with frosting and sprinkles and enjoy!

    #9: Adult Root Beer Float

    INGREDIENTS

    Root Beer

    1 shot kahlúa

    1 shot Irish cream liqueur

    Vanilla ice cream

    PREPARATION

    1. Add Root beer, kahlúa and Irish cream liqueur to tall glass

    2. Top with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!

    #8: Easy Peasy Onion Lotus

    INGREDIENTS

    1 large onion

    Oil oil

    Balsamic Vinegar

    Salt

    Pepper

    PREPARATION

    1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218 °C)

    2. Cut off top and bottom of onion

    3. Slice onion 3/4 of the way through into 8 equal sections

    4. Peel onion

    5. Place in bowl and top with oil and vinegar

    6. Transfer to baking dish and pour the dressing mixture over the onion

    7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper

    8. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes

    9. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes

    10. Sprinkle with more salt and pepper and enjoy!

    #7: Easy Baked Potato Chips

    INGREDIENTS

    1 large potato

    Butter

    Oil

    Ketchup (Optional)

    PREPARATION

    1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218 °C)

    2. Make small slices across potato 3/4 of the way through

    3. Top with butter, oil, salt and pepper

    4. Bake for 1 hour

    5. Top with ketchup and enjoy!

    #6: Grilled Cheese Roll-ups

    INGREDIENTS

    Sliced white bread

    Cheddar cheese (or cheese of your liking)

    Butter

    Ketchup (Or other sauce)


    PREPARATION

    1. Cut of bread crust and roll out with rolling pin

    2. Top with slice of cheese and roll up

    3. In buttered pan, add rolls and cook until brown on both sides

    4. Dip in sauce of your liking and enjoy!

    INGREDIENTS

    2 eggs

    1/3 cup pumpkin purée

    1 tablespoon ground oats

    Cinnamon, to taste

    Coconut sugar, to taste

    Coconut oil

    Maple syrup (optional)

    PREPARATION

    1. Combine all ingredients (except oil) in bowl and whisk until combined

    2. Grease pan with coconut oil

    3. Pour pancake batter into circles, flipping when bubbles form

    4. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

    #4: Cheese-Stuffed Tater Tots

    INGREDIENTS

    1 package frozen hash browns

    3 eggs

    1 block cheddar cheese

    Flour

    Salt

    Pepper

    Oil, for frying


    PREPARATION

    1. Combine hash browns, eggs, flour, salt and pepper in bowl and mix until combined

    2. Slice cheese into cubes

    3. Use hash brown mixture to form tater tot around each cube of cheese

    4. Fry in oil

    5. Dip in ketchup and enjoy!

    #3: Mac 'N' Cheese BLT

    INGREDIENTS

    Pasta

    2 tablespoons butter

    1 1/4 tablespoon of flour

    1 cup milk

    2 cups cheddar cheese

    Bacon

    Butter, for greasing pan

    PREPARATION

    1. In saucepan, stir together butter and flour over medium heat to create

    roux

    2. Add in milk a little bit at a time

    3. Stir in cheddar cheese

    4. Add Mac and cheese to pan and refrigerate for 1 hour

    5. In the meantime, cook bacon

    6. After 1 hour, remove Mac and cheese from fridge and cut into four equal squares

    7. Cook Mac and cheese squares in butter flipping once browned

    8. Assemble sandwich with bacon and any additional toppings

    9. Enjoy!

    #2: S'more Shake

    INGREDIENTS

    2 ice cream bars

    Milk

    Chocolate Syrup

    Marshmallows

    Graham crackers


    PREPARATION

    1. Blend together 2 ice cream bars, milk and chocolate syrup

    2. Bake marshmallows in oven until golden brown

    3. Our milkshake into tall glass and top with graham cracker crumble, chocolate syrup, and marshmallow.

    4. Enjoy!

    INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cup milk

    6 oz. cream cheese

    1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

    Tomato sauce

    Mozzarella cheese (for topping)

    Pepperoni


    PREPARATION

    1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230° C)

    2. To medium sauce pan whisk together milk and cream cheese, mozzarella and Parmesan

    3. Transfer to baking dish and spread out evenly

    4. Layer on tomato sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni slices

    5. Bake until bubbly

    5. Serve with bread and enjoy!
