Spicy Double Stack Burger

Makes 2


4 Quorn Hot & Spicy Burgers

2 sesame seed brioche burger buns

1/3 cup garlic aioli

1 large tomato, sliced thinly

¼ iceberg lettuce, shredded

2 slices swiss cheese


STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 220C. Add Quorn Hot & Spicy Burgers to a lined baking tray and bake for 18 minutes on the middle shelf. Slice the brioche burger buns in half, then add to the oven for the final 5 minutes to toast lightly.

STEP 2: To build the burger, lay the base of the brioche bun on a surface and spread over aioli, then top with a Quorn Hot & Spicy Burger, tomato slice, swiss cheese slice, then another Spicy Burger, shredded lettuce and the bun top.


Vegan Chicken Schnitzels

Makes 4


4 Quorn Vegan Schnitzels

2 large tomatoes, chopped

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp dried chilli flakes

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 tsp garlic paste

Vegan cheese:

1 cup soaked cashews

3 tsp taco seasoning

⅓ cup almond milk

2 jalapeno slices

To garnish:

Parsley leaves


STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 220C. Combine tomatoes, dried oregano, dried chilli flakes, tomato paste and garlic in a mixing bowl.

STEP 2: Place Quorn schnitzels on a large lined baking tray, top evenly with tomato mixture. Bake for 20 minutes on the middle shelf or until the tomatoes are saucy and cooked.

STEP 3: To make the vegan cheese, add the soaked cashews, taco seasoning, almond milk and jalapeno slices to a blender, then pulse until smooth.

STEP 4: Spread the vegan cheese evenly over the schnitzels and bake for a further 5 minutes.

STEP 5: Garnish with parsley and ENJOY!

Easy Spaghetti Bolognese

Serves 4


300g Quorn Mince

250g spaghetti

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp dried oregano

½ tsp chilli flakes

2 tbsp tomato paste

400g can diced tomatoes

To garnish:

Fresh dill leaves, finely chopped

Parmesan, shaved


STEP 1: Fill a large pot with water, boil spaghetti for 8-12 minutes until al dente.

STEP 2: Add oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat, then add Quorn mince, dried oregano and chilli flakes and fry for 3 minutes.

STEP 3: Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes and ¼ cup pasta water, simmer for 7 minutes or until saucy.

STEP 4: Serve with shaved parmesan and dill.


Easy Fried Rice

Serves 4


2 x 200g Quorn Pieces

¼ cup sesame oil

1 red onion, sliced thinly

3 mini orange peppers, sliced thinly

1 cup broccoli florets

250g long grain rice, cooked

1 tbsp vegan fish sauce

2 tbsp worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp chili sauce

To garnish:

2 tbsp chives, chopped


STEP 1: Add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to a large frying pan over medium-high heat, then add all the Quorn Pieces and fry for 2 minutes. Remove from pan.

STEP 2: Add the remaining sesame oil, then add onion, peppers and broccoli and cook 1-2 minutes, or until lightly browned. Return the cooked Quorn Pieces to the pan.

STEP 3: Add rice to pan, stir to combine. Add vegan fish sauce, worcestershire sauce and chili sauce, then cook for 3 minutes.

STEP 4: Serve fried rice in serving bowls and garnish with chives.
