This Kale Caesar Pasta Salad Is The Perfect Week Night Meal

INGREDIENTS

Servings: 8

½ pound shrimp

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian herbs

Salt and pepper

Juice of ½ lemon

8 ounces spiral pasta

2 cups kale

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Parmesan cheese, to taste

¾ cup Caesar dressing

PREPARATION

1.Mix seasonings, olive oil, and shrimp. Saute until pink. Set aside.


2.Boil water and cook pasta, drain and set aside.


3.Combine shrimp, pasta, kale, tomatoes, and dressing together. Toss thoroughly.
