When Will America Have A Budget

It's been over 1200 days since we've had a new budget. What will it take to convince Congress to fulfill their obligation to pass a budget?

With Democrat party control of both the House and Senate for two years, and a promise of laser-like focus on jobs and economic concerns, how is it that our nation has had to subsist on continuing resolutions for over 1200 days?

Many families struggle to abide by their own budgets, so why would their representatives and senators who are paid via taxes taken out of those family budgets not fulfill one very basic obligation that they are legally required to complete?

While malcontents are happy to pass around jabs at Romney who has not spent a day in the Oval Office, it's my hope that voters will realize there is one executive who has been happy to abide by trillion dollar deficits and not demand a course of fiscal action from his legislature.
