Overnight Oats 2 Ways

Two delicious dairy-free breakfasts that will make you excited to wake up.

VANILLA CINNAMON - INGREDIENTS:

3⁄4 cup Planet Oat Vanilla

1 tablespoon chia seeds

11⁄2 tablespoons maple syrup

1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish

Pinch of salt

3⁄4 cup rolled oats

Slivered almonds, for garnish

VANILLA CINNAMON - PREPARATION:

1. In a small bowl, whisk together Planet Oat Vanilla, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and pinch of salt. Add in rolled oats and stir well to make sure everything is combined and oats are fully submerged. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.

2. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and slivered almonds, then serve!

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER - INGREDIENTS:

3⁄4 cup Planet Oat Dark Chocolate

1 tablespoon chia seeds

2 tablespoons peanut butter

11⁄2 tablespoons maple syrup

Pinch of salt

3⁄4 cup rolled oats

Sliced bananas, for garnish

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER - PREPARATION:

1. In a small bowl, whisk together Planet Oat Dark Chocolate, chia seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and pinch of salt. (It’s okay if larger pieces of peanut butter remain.) Add in rolled oats and stir well to make sure everything is combined and oats are fully submerged. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.

2. Top with sliced bananas and serve!
