    Kris Allen Upsets Adam Lambert for 'American Idol' Crown

    Kris Allen, the 'Boy Wonder,' from Conway, Arkansas, upset the heavily favorited Adam Lambert to take home the title and be crowned the winner of 'American Idol' season 8. Almost no one in the media or at home expected 'Conway Pretty' to win it all.
