A personal favorite romantic moment of mine is the speech Oliver gives Felicity during the Arrowverse Elseworlds crossover. The way he reassures her that no matter how she changes or what she becomes the way he feels about her will never change and that she'll always be the love of…Â
The fact that by the points in season 2 that are mentioned here, Oliver had already fallen for Felicity so completely that she was ingrained in his soul, and neither of them even knew it, wrecks me.
The entire romance storyline between Kara and William last season of Supergirl. It didn't really add anything to the overarching plot, and William's presence hardly made any impact on the story at all.
The moment in 2x07 of Arrow when Oliver faces off against the Count after the latter takes Felicity hostage. I was on the edge of my seat the first time watching it, and even now I get this tense feeling in my stomach even though I know how it's going to go.

Tommy's death on Arrow gets me every time. You get a real sense that up until the moment that Oliver finds him in the rubble, he never expected his crusade to hit so close to home, that it would take away someone who's a big a part of his life as Tommy is away from him. And the way…Â
Season 5 of Arrow was perfect from start to finish. It's not the most popular season in the fandom(particularly among the Olicity shippers), but for me personally, it hit all the right notes and had all the right story beats. It featured Oliver growing as a person, really coming into…Â
