Philadelphia Chicken & Vegetable Wrap Rolls

Bored of the same old lunchtime routine? Philadelphia shakes things up with these tasty & simple lemon chicken & veg wraps! 🤩


170g Philadelphia Garlic & Herb

2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

Zest & juice of half a lemon

1 tsp, mild chilli powder

1½ tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp oil

6 asparagus stems

2 wholemeal tortilla wraps

Half a red pepper, thinly sliced


1. Place 30g Philadelphia Garlic & Herb in a large bowl along with the chilli powder, lemon zest, juice, salt & black pepper. Stir to combine.

2. Add the chicken and stir until nicely coated. Cover and marinate for 10 minutes in the fridge.

3. Place a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the oil and heat. Add the chicken to the pan in one even layer. Cook for 4–5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the pan and leave to cool.

4. Bring a medium pan of salted water to a simmer and add the asparagus. Simmer for 3 minutes, then drain.

5. When you are ready to assemble, take a wrap and spread 70g of Philadelphia Garlic & Herb over the entire surface, leaving 2 cm around the edge.

6. Next place the chicken over the top as you would as if you were topping a pizza.

7. Place 3 stems of asparagus three-quarters of the way into the wrap, then place 6 slices of red pepper along side the asparagus.

8. Tightly roll up. If you can’t wait to eat, then simply slice and dig in! Alternatively you can wrap in cling film and place in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!
