It’s been a long while since Miley Cyrus has been in the news, but celebrities always end up back in the spotlight for some reason or another. A guest at Miley’s private nineteen year old birthday party took secret recording of the event, and has passed this video around to gossip tabloids. Cyrus is given a Bob Marley cake by her friend Kelly Osbourne, and comments that, “You know you’re a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake.”
