You know Cardi B, right? The breakout superstar who entered the Grammys looking like a walking work of art — "The Birth of Venus" to be exact — and exited as the first solo woman artist to win Best Rap Album?
Well last night she made history yet again, this time at the Rodeo Houston where she surpassed country legend Garth Brooks to become the artist with the venue's highest concert attendance record: 75,580.
(Here's a nosebleed view of Cardi's record-breaking show, for scale. Do you see all those damn lights?!?!)

The "Please Me" rapper beat Garth's record by three people, according to the RodeoHouston website.
And just when I thought this Binderella fairy tale couldn't get any better, Cardi posted an Instagram video shouting out fellow RodeoHouston legend Selena who'd held one of her last and most iconic concerts at the venue.
The star admitted that she'd been nervous about performing for 75,000+ people, but knew she was "gonna be aight" when she spotted a photo of the late singer in the venue's hallway.
And it wasn't just ANY old photo, but a photo of Selena wearing the same exact outfit that inspired the embellished, purple outfit Cardi's wearing in the "Please Me" music video.
The cherry on the cake was definitely Cardi's singing and dancing to one of the greatest songs of our time, Selena's "Como La Flor."
So what have we learned today, class? That Cardi plans to keep her red bottoms on our necks ALLLL 2019!!!
CORRECTION
A previous version of this story stated that Cardi B beat Garth Brooks' record by 15 people, as originally indicated on the RodeoHouston website. However, the website has since updated their records to show that Cardi beat Garth's record by three people. Just FYI!
