    Obviously cry in a move theater.
    Eat all the candy.
    Cry.
    Cry until you have no tears left.
    Throw a pie at someone's face.
    Cut up all of your work.
    Crack your phone.
    Make someone else feel as stressed and angry as you.
    Punch or kick someone.
    Sleep away your problems.
