The best part is that you can make it using just a blender. Wait, OK, no... the best part is obviously that it tastes like a big bowl of freaking cheesecake. Full recipe here.

5. Add some cheese to your potatoes.

Potatoes with cheese are good, but potatoes with a trifecta of cheeses — like Gruyère, Parmesan, and cheddar — are unequivocally better. Add some garlic for full-bodied flavor, and you're good to go. Full recipe here.

8. Replace veggies with fruit and cheese for a new type of skewer.

You can't go wrong with a kebab, but nothing feels more right than fruit paired with your favorite cheese (this recipe calls for Monterey Jack), all on one stick.

9. Supplement your soufflé with cottage cheese.

There's perhaps no better place for cottage cheese than in a soufflé (who would've thought). They make great "neighbors," if you will. Full recipe here.

10. Throw some cheese on those fritters, and you'll no longer fret about entertaining guests.

Easy to make and even easier to run out of fast, fritters have never been better than when they've got cheese in the mix (Parmigiano-Reggiano, to be exact). Full recipe here.
