You could give money to the poor but if you are a user and cheat the system you would still qualify. On the flip side, if you are perfect on the field but you ran over a 10 years olds lemonade stand you would qualify. You do not have to be a jerk both on and off the field. Random acts of jerk-ness will meet the intent.
