    Russian Rocket Launches Then Crashes Within Seconds

    An unmanned Russian rocket was launched from Kazakhstan on Tuesday and crashed shortly after its lift-off. There are no reported injuries from the fire or resulting explosion, though Kazakh officials say they will clear the area to protect people from lingering toxic chemicals.
