Mysterious Man Rappels Off Brooklyn Bridge On July 4th

Two onlookers spotted a man rapelling off the Brooklyn Bridge without any equipment or spotter. They taped the stunt-double-wannabe/potential Jason Bourne and sent the footage to the NYPD for analysis. The police are haven't yet caught the man of mystery but say he'll likely be charged with criminal trespassing.
